Bring in your repair

Mail in your repair
- Diagnostic fee pays for the diagnosis, inspection, and shipping both ways.*
- We send you a prepaid shipping label, or you can provide your own label, you only need to box up the item(s) you are sending to us with the repair waiver slip.
- Most shipping speeds require ground shipment due to lithium ion batterie(s).*

Schedule a pickup and or delivery (only within 15 mile radius of zip 15221)
- Waived diagnostic and inspection fee with any repair job.*
- Next business day pickup on most days if scheduled before 12:00 PM EST.
- There is a mandatory $40 pickup and delivery fee, one way is only $20 (unless you have a promo special). Setup is not included.

- Most repairs are completed within 1-3 business days provided no part orders are needed.

What you must provide
- The device(s) needing to be repaired.
- Only the power cord if the device has one. Not applicable for video cards, key FOB’s, or data recoveries.
- Any User ID’s and passwords required to get in to the device(s). We use this for testing and never share your information.
- If this is a board repair job, the board must be stipped down all the way.
- Completed repair waiver.
